Any anons have a hookup or know a source? Haven't had luck with my usual sources (e.g., libgen, anna's archive, programmer friend of mine, etc).

Programmer friend who can normally get me a cracked pdf of any textbook said they can't get this one since they don't have access to West Academic or Foundation Press resources (given only to professors). Suggestions?
