I don't have one included in the .zip file.I try to do step 3 without it, I get an error requiring that specific folder.I manually make the folder and continue, I get an error explicitly telling me not to manually make the folder and that it will automatically do it for me.What am I doing wrong here?

the nintendo 3ds folder is in the sd card in your 3dssee step 1: insert your sd card in your computer
