I use faststone capture from faststone.org. It's shareware. Use this.

Then go an do a video capture and grab it yourself. Make sure it's doing audio, no cursor and set to 30 FPS.

It will get the job done in mp4 format.

Haven't tried this either but you might want to try https://cobalt.tools/

It may or may not work on this site. But the Faststone solution I posted WILL work 100% It's a handy program.
