What software do I download for a hacked New 3DS XL that allows me to -backup save files on Pokémon games -let me use a golden r4 cartridge (note, I don’t have a 2025 one)-edit Pokémon save files -and allow me to download rom hacks?Also, what are some other useful softwares I should download, and how should I avoid soft locking myself?

>>1550313i dont think the year matters. it should just work. some of those r4 carts with years on them have timebombs though, so maybe look up trying to get rid of it
>>1550313I'm using a 2020 one.It doesn't work if your 3ds is set to current year.For me, setting my 3ds back in time worked. I set mine to 2003 because it has the same calendar as 2025.
