I'm looking to set up a jellyfin server in the cloud (can't do it at home). What's the cheapest option that'll give me the system reqs for it?

Depends. Your question is a bit vague.

One good option might be a seedbox provider.
For $15USD a month on whatbox you can get a seedbox (for grab and seeding media), 4tb storage, and an easy to set up jellyfin instance (plus other apps if you want them).

Ok I forgot about seedboxes ngl. I assume I can bring my own VPN with that (I have Proton)?
