I want to make a VRChat model for personal use. I know I could just use any model available on the internet, but I really want something original, my own original character.... OC stuff.I know only one guy who takes commissions for this, but he charges around 2k–4k for SFW use, and doubles the price if I want NSFW permissions.I have some basic knowledge of Blender modeling tools, but I’m still far from being able to fully model a character on my own.Is there any complete guide from start to finish on how to create a VRChat avatar? I have a Meta Quest, I already use VRChat, and I’m planning to get full-body tracking in a few months. I’d love to use VRChat as my own character, not one created from someone else’s imagination.Otherwise, I might just take the simple route and commission someone so... do you know any model makers who are not too expensive?Oh.
