I saw one posted recently on rdrama where some guy gets kidnapped and treated like a dog, but the main character is a loser and just accepts his new reality since it's not materially much worse than his old life and at least someone cares about him.
I think they might have technically been dog people to begin with, but the artist wasn't consistent about the ears or tails and it may have been some metaphorical thing where it was supposed to show that one was a dog and one was a wolf or something.
