Hi, /pol/. I come bearing an interesting request. My grandfather served in the Red Army as a lieutenant, and piloted a Tu-16 Badger bomber aircraft. His diploma mentions that his Division was 990II. However, no information on the division is available on Google. Image related, it's part of his diploma, but edited so that you can't see my Grandfather's name.
