If you don't mind a smaller episode count (about 40 I think), then The Eminence In Shadow. It's an isekai fighting anime that has a lot of hot women as warriors, especially in the later more fan-service-y episodes. It also doesn't take itself too seriously for what it is, which may or may not be good depending on your taste.

My method was to watch it as study material, but then you'd have to struggle for years before getting to the level where you can just sit back an understand most of it.
If you don't mind missing out - it is slop, after all -, just go raw and start drilling some vocabulary with Anki, in time things will start clicking.
