I often end up deleting my folders of pics and etc because they are so badly organized, like, I don't like the names I put, the filenames, how messy is to search for something, etc.I already have gallery-dl, and I want to know where I can download a lot of pictures that interest me, like fan arts, pictures of pretty women (not porn, but the kinda stuff you see in Pinterest) I only know Pinterest and some wallpaper sites), I want to know what sites can I search to find a lot of stuff of any kind. As well as for downloading it. One of the problems I also have is lack of storage, so I want to recs on this topic as well. Like computers with more storage or SSDs.

I have been working on my /b/ folder for almost 20 years now, it has grown organically and I keep creating new folders as necessity manifests itself.And it has grown into way more than memes, of course, it now contains anime stuff, games, infographs, etc.It's far from perfect, but the secret is to do it gradually, if you just bulk download random shit, then you're fucked.I might put misc pictures into an "organize later" folder and when I am doing spring cleaning I will find appropriate folders for each of them.Filenames are the worst part, not feasible to rename everything without going insane.And many times pictures need to be in two separate folders, but I'm not creating redundant copies.The best solution would be to have your personal picture manager with tags, like a personal booru, there are some software for this if you're interested, I forgot the name but the one by Adobe used by artists as reference managers is probably the best alternative.However, because you can only move files within the software, otherwise it loses the reference and the tags are gone, I do not like using it at all and have given up on it.I just dwell in my own somewhat-organized mess. Maybe one day AI will be good enough to serve as a search assistant for my own files.
