This may stretch the terms of "worksafe", but I remember seeing a video in an art museum exhibit in the mid-2010s with garbled collage, kind of "LinkOnDrugs/AwfulFawful YTP-like", visuals (pic related), one of which was a character from a cartoon I'm not allowed to mention outside of its containment board edited to appear to be performing oral in the bottom-right corner. I think it was by Jon Rafman but that could be a false positive. I swear this wasn't some weird dream I had. Does anyone know what video I'm talking about?

I should probably mention that the exhibit was in New York City, possibly at the Zach Feuer Gallery, and I couldn't find such a video in a quick scrub through Jon Rafman's Vimeo account.
