Adult option: Ask to borrow an iPad in advance to study the program, assure them you can learn the basic functions in a weekend so that there will be no problems with the classes, because all software is basically the same and you just need to get acquainted with it.Hack option: Watch some tutorials and memorize the basic features like adding layers, basic tools, picking colors, etc.Then, as you teach your students the most basic shit and let them explore, you use that idle time to use your assigned device to practice and explore the features.Unless you're supposed to use your own iPad for the class.In that case, you should explain to your employers that you don't own an iPad, and consider buying a cheap one for this purpose, possibly with the school's financial support. But if the pay is good, sacrificing part of one month's pay for it is an okay sacrifice.Tell them you need an advance to buy it. Be mature instead of sperg.
