how do I use it with ffmpeg properly? I opened ffmpeg via cmd like pic rel but idk what to do next

If your not familiar with cli put ffmpeg.exe into the same folder as the wem file you want to convert. Type cmd in the address bar of file explorer to open in command prompt
Then run this command
ffmpeg -i yourfilename.wem newfilename.wav
