How much $ +/- could i ask for this?
i want to sell everything at once
>>
Ask for $1,000 let someone haggle down to $750 is what I would say, but I don't know what that stuff actually goes for, and especially if we're talking now where people don't have much to spend because of the economy so realistically might need to ask for less.

This might deserve a thread on /vr/

I'm not an expert but $1000 seems low to me. I would start at more like $1800. Don't be offended by lowball offers but try and stay above at least $1,200. that's purely based on a snap eyeball estimate.

I was thinking of pricing it around $1000 +/- give or take. I want to be fair and not overcharge, but at the same time, I don't want to sell it for way too cheap. Just trying to find the right balance.

Thanks for the suggestions

That's selling lots all at once for no hassle. Want more and you'll have to picture everything, and everything running, and even then there will be hassles as buyers will be picky
I would be firm at $1000, don't accept less, it's certainly worth more but lots need to be priced to sell

With all those consoles and lots of games I'd say actual value certainly around 1500+, but only individually for maximum per-item gain. You still got the boxes in for flimsy pieces of cardboard relatively good condition, and in box is becoming more and more rare and sought after.
As a lot like others said 1000 is a good starting price because of bulk and hassle, not everybody wants three of each console at once. With that you will more get the resellers who will try to keep cost down rather than the normal guy who thinks "Oh yeah I'd like to play that again" and is ready to put some more cash onto the table.

But if he deserved it, go for it, OP.

That's low, realistically it's probably over $3000 worth of stuff. But sold as a lot, $1000 is right
Nobody will want everything, even a collector will look at the lot and maybe want half to keep, and then consider dipping their toes into reselling to get the bits they want. Which would be a great deal for them. That market aside, you're looking at resellers. Resellers wouldn't even consider $1000 on this to be a "deal", it'd just be a transaction in their head, thinking of how much profit can be had and how long they'd have to hold it all

What?

That post is probably correct. Creating the collection took a lifetime of care and work. Whoever created it knows about what it's worth, and certainly wouldn't bundle it as a easy sale, it really wouldn't take much work to extract more than $3000 from this collection and it's probably worth more than that to it's owner

If I wasn't a poorfag I'd pay 1000
