client came with a laptop and asked for data wipe, so I wiped all data from the partitions and now can't boot win11 usb key (first timing facing a surface laptop go 2) even with help of the support, we can't recover surface image they told me I should send them the laptop (to their support services) so they can repair it for 500€ can't send it or pay neither,
due date is friday/saturday client wants it back before sunday

Usually you need to hold volume down and then press the power button, and keep holding it until it goes into recovery mode or whatever.
