First season is okay but leaves you feeling that it could do so much more.
Second season is a massive shit.
The OVA look good but again leave you wanting more.

It's one of my favorite anime.

I disagree entirely with last post: the second season is where it hits its stride and goes from "good" to "fantastic". More stakes, more interesting plot, more interesting setting, etc.

And yeah it's absolutely gorgeous.
