What are some more obscure superhero webcomics? I'm specifically looking for one where there was some kind of global event where crystals appeared on people's hearts and they started getting superpowers, I think that the first antagonist had the power to make people at her school hate each other, IIRC. Still, once that's done with I don't mind other recommendations. I asked /co/ and they told me to come here, so here I am.
