I don't know, but I can tell you this, just because I made this mistake, if you are using catbox (dot) litterbox (dot) moe, for temporary files, you want to select the period of time you want them to stay up BEFORE you load your files. Maybe not helpful at all sorry.

If I were to theorize it has something to do with your internet.
