I'm looking for a Japanese horror comic/manga in black and white where a kid looks through an apartment window and sees a twisted humanoid creature staring right back at him. The creature starts full sprinting in his direction while keeping eye contact. I think in the last panel the kid himself looks fucked up. Any pointers appreciated.
