Could get sillytavern set up with koboldccp to run locally. It's more RP focused, sure. But there are several characters you can import that are just chat bots like GPT. Probably the easiest way to go uncensored

AI is expensive, especially the good ones.
You need to pick your poison:
- Use a good AI for free with a jailbreak ( pliny the liberator has working jailbreaks + a discord where people would help you )
- Settle for an actual free and unfiltered ai model, which will be so braindead you won't be able to do anything of value with it
- Pay money.

If you just throw in like 10 billion restrictions "I cant pay I cant jailbreak I cant self host I cant use bad models etc" then you can't do anything.

If you are just concerned with censorship then pretty sure the people who made gab have a racist AI you can talk to.
