Minikui Ahiru no Ko on VHS, English dub is the only option. Plus it is stop motion. I think that it is on YouTube or Archive.org, but if not, good luck finding it.

If you cannot find it, then my next most obscure anime that I have seen is Pika Don, a short film about the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
