How can I fix it? I don't think it's a browser thing because both Safari and Firefox don't load.

Try:
- Enable javascript (if it was disabled)
- Disable any extensions/addons in the browser (especially adblock)
- Change your DNS
- Turn off VPN/icloud private relay
- Clear all your history/cache/data for deviantart
- Mobile data vs wifi
