Does anyone know of any simple art program for Android phone which is like Microsoft paint? I downloaded a drawing app and drew like 3 lines and because of all the automatic processes it did to try and make it look like pencil drawing it made the simple scribble almost 3 megabytes in size. Anything anywhere close to that is the exact opposite of what I want.

I think...Older version of Autodesk Sketchbook Pro(2.9.x more exactly).Linwood Butterfly. This one's a vector sketching app, but can export image autocropped to your drawing, and with scale/resolution setting.>>1554991I am going to assume that your main woe is controlling the size of your drawings.
