in the anime/manga akira , there's a city in tokyo bay called neo-tokyo and I wanted to know if there was an artificial island in the tokyo bay, will it look like the same as the akira movie/manga or the island will be too small to have lot of buildings?how many buildings do you think we can put on that artificial island in tokyo bay?
