Do you consider God Hand and Asura's Wrath's MC big guys?
Perhaps Warhammer 40000 and Gears of War games.
Dynasty Warrior games?

Can always play orcs in wow private servers, or host your own.

I guess they don't make games like you want because it takes too much screen real estate to show he's a big guy.
