why the fuck does my mouse keep freezing on the screen and stuttering?

razer viper v3 wireless
usb transmitter a foot away from the mouse
disabled "let the computer turn this off to save power" on the mouse in device manager
still nothing
I tried downloading the drivers for the mouse but its impossible without their gay ass software that doesn't seem to recognize the mouse


apparently this is a very common problem
