I liked Bonesaw's Jak run even though some if the humor became repetitive, TASbot's Brain Age was novel, but not really funny, and I watched about 20 minutes of Tomatoangus's Fallout and it's not exactly funny so far.
I haven't watched any others.

JJ902's Mario 64 run at GDQ 2011 was hilarious just because of how hard of a choke it was. Crazy story surrounding it, too.
