I recently finished watching Vampiyan Kids and I wish there was more of it, so if there's any other highly-cartoony anime with spooky/halloweeny elements please share it here.It's alright if it lacks the latter since I know narrows it down to a negligible amount, just something light-hearted and highly stylized from or is reminiscent of the 2000's with kooky designs and fun animation similar to pic-rel. I know of Marie & Gali for example.

>>1556499Not spooky but Yume no Crayon Oukoku is very cartoony and from 1997-1999. It was in what is now the Precure timeslot so you can guess the target audience, but it's basically a comedy show.
