This might be very mean theard but i genuinely haven't still found a valid platform to search up for a movie. I can't afford to rent them, and also can't find a stable source to watch all of them. It's very frustrating to everytime first search up for a hour and then only to find a Japanese dub version available. And hope it gives a wide range of movies.

For DDLs and streaming I genuinely don't know as I don't use that. These two are usually enough for me unless it's some rare Asian or European stuff.For streaming Russian speakers love kinopub, which is a paid piracy site, hence it may not suit you, but it has right about anything and usually with original dub being an option. Essentially works like a cheaper Netflix with a much bigger catalogue.

I can't find jack shit when it comes to foreign VHS dubs. There's barely any in Castellano, some in French, others in Portuguese but none of a consistent variety. I wanted to watch Batman Beyond in Spanish and I got squat.
