What have you played?
Rune Factory 4?
Star Ocean 2?
ZHP PSP version? PC version cut a lot of content.
Growlanser IV?
Trails in the Sky and the sequels?
Xenoblade?
Crosscode?
Labyrinth of Refrain and its sequel?
Persona 4?
I just mentioned stuff I like that has a lot of content.

Haven't played it. But people seem to love Astlibra.

Warframe - Its not strictly an RPG but it has a lot of elements of an RPG. A bunch of grinding involved. End game is figuring out how to farm in game currency. The game makes it really easy to meet people that can assist you in the game. Its my most played game on Steam.
