I'd recommend checking BreachForums but it seems the got seized by the glowniggers. The spiritual successor is DarkForums on the darknet but you'd need TOR (honeypot tech) to access it.
If I were in your shoes, I'd still go for it since that seems to be a chinkoid data breach and US and China hate each other so they would never ever prosecute you for it. It's probably best to use TOR through a sandbox VM though.
