Please help me find the origin of a 10 year-old meme.

It featured a man in reddish robes and a golden mask, adorned with a crown, screaming "ARURRRRRGGHHHHHHHH" again and again in dramatized way, while flailing his arms around. It looked kind of like a play adapted to film, with a set of featuring other, similarly costumed characters in the background.

Attached is the only screenshot I have of it, but it is partly obscured, so it's not searchable.
