I have many courses, scholarships, and books, and yet I simply can't get past studying for just a few minutes. I'm addicted to TikTok, Facebook, and porn. I can't concentrate.

Uninstall TikTok, that's probably the first among those three I'd tackle. If you're looking to cut down/stop the other two, FB is a more traditional social media, and porn addiction has been discussed for decades at this point so there are more and better resources for it
