Have you looked at it?
They're a referral site that throws you cashback if you click through them to go to your desired site. So yes, you can get stuff from Amazon, everything Amazon lists, just clicking through them. I think they only have a few products that actually give you cashback on Amazon nowadays. This isn't Rakutens choice, associated retailers make up all the terms
