Its made of enameled brass. It's grape motif leads me to believe it's from a Kiddush set, but it has some ornate Hebrew writing on the base.I can not read Hebrew, and every AI translator gives a different guess. Some guess it's a name, a month, or a phrase.It has two phrases, I will post the second in a follow-up image. I would be very thankful if anyone could give a translation.
