What is the best VPN for torrents? I don't mind paying, but if possible which one that I could pay in bulk for 1-year?
It's fine as long as its good for torrents though.

proton is very good if you want a bulk deal, they allow port forwarding for torrents.

you can also try it for free but the free tier doesn't allow torrenting, it's also much slower than the paid servers.

Do you really want to associate your credit card and real IP with online piracy depending on the torrent? Why not torrent over I2P?

I've used the paid tier of Proton for torrenting for years and its done the job. I used to get the the threatening letters when I downloaded certain popular torrents and now I don't. Only negative is Spectrum still sucks ass so if the torrent is too fast on the DL, it crashes my internet.

what about dem seedboxes/vps's ?
