proton is very good if you want a bulk deal, they allow port forwarding for torrents.

you can also try it for free but the free tier doesn't allow torrenting, it's also much slower than the paid servers.

I've used the paid tier of Proton for torrenting for years and its done the job. I used to get the the threatening letters when I downloaded certain popular torrents and now I don't. Only negative is Spectrum still sucks ass so if the torrent is too fast on the DL, it crashes my internet.
