hello /wsr/, this is my first post here. A month or two ago, my workplace gave me a box full of old ipads and tablets because they were in poor condition or because they couldn't remember the icloud passwords/ who set them up. I am trying to look for ways to reset it that don't revolve contacting the orginal owner because 1: no one knows who the fuck it is and 2: if it is who they think it is, she died like 4 years ago. All the tutorials I find online, in some way or another, require the original owners password and are done in a specific way as to not void warranty. I simply do not care about voiding warranty because these are all gen 4 ipads that I got for free and fully plan on jailbreaking. I am willing to do brute force methods like short circuit trickery or whatever because I have a couple tries to get it right.
