Greetings wise ones. I read a graphic novel a few years ago, but for the life of me can't remember what it was called. It was a post-apocalyptic setting, millenia after a Big Whoops and began with a young woman trying to dodge slavers in a Scab Land type area. While trying to avoid them, she discovers and wakes a buried cybernetic soldier who was on cryogenic standby for WW3, but wasnt woken and slept through the entire thing and the thousands of years that followed. He is very disorienated at first, but then leads the slave on a journey across the wastelands to find his old base and any other survivors still in cryo from the past. They have a few fights on the way and he eats the survivors, his cybernetic body having a grinder that can turn any organic matter into food to keep his living core alive inside the mechanical body. When this super soldier gets there, he finds he is the last one of his unit, the only other survivor from his unit to have survived almost as long being killed by a barbarian champion decades ago with a 'magic knife' (a future tech military blade) when the barbarian accidentally woke him from cryo while exploring his tomb. The supersoldier loses it and goes on a rampage and the son of the Barbarian takes the magic knife and kills this supersoldier as well with it.Anybody know if it please?
