It's quite entertaining and has a couple that literally meets the requirement of "weaker guy ends up with stronger girl", but it might not be precisely what you were looking for. Sure, he's got long hair, but I don't think he counts as a twink. He's taller than the girl he ends up with. He's weaker than her because he's human and she's a vampire.It's quite famous, so you may have already heard of it or watched it. It's about a group of british vampire hunters called Hellsing. The protagonists are all working for that group.

(as shown on this cover) The thing is that there's no confirmed couples up to where I read. Some of them are his bodyguards.It's not slice of life, but the conflict isn't really that serious. It's basically about a short guy traveling to a bunch of different places with hot women.

I do need to migrate 55 of them if I want to read them again because Bato.to and MangaPark don't work anymore. Also the reason why there's so many unread is I stopped reading manga for a whole year until now and I'm trying to reread some of the good ones so I changed their categories.
