Are there any manga where the female lead is particularly shy and meek, while the male lead is more proactive and confident? Also, the artwork should somewhat appeal to the male gaze and there shouldn't be any male love rivals. That pretty much rules out 90% of shoujo. The romance should start early, not at the end of the series. Sex is a plus, even if it's not explicit.
