Looking for this specific Apu illustration where he's all comfy on the bed. I'm looking for this Apu where it can be editable with paint bucket in MS Paint. This version however has too many jpeg artifacts so it's useless to edit it.

Using that program (for free, on your own computer) you can either:A) use the so-called bucket tool and specify the max deviation in the colour;B) select the green area "by colour" and play with the slider for how precise the colour has to match. And then do whatever you like with it.C) reduce the entire picture to less shades so your MS paint will work again.I promise I used GIMP 15 years ago in high school and now it happens once or twice a year that I need to download it to edit an image in some way.
