I got 2 ssd's and the one with windows is fine, but the other one gets to 100% active time if there is less than 180 gb of free space left if i try to do literally anything related to that ssd , even as small as just scrolling through steam library, but if i don't do anything with it it goes back to 0%. Now, after some time it just stops that on it's own and starts working like it suppose to. SSD is Wibrand Caiman 512 gb, CrystalDiskInfo sayd it's at 100% health last time i checked, i turned off Sysmain and power management adn some other stuff that i don't remember right now.
>>1558949your Wibrand Caiman 512 gb is a dramless ssd, meaning it has no DRAM, meaning it's a very cheap SSD that uses your PC's RAM for storing temp data. I don't know the details but normal SSD's (like almost everyone has in their laptop) have some DRAM memory so they can do internal housekeeping of data in a transparent way that the rest of the computer never needs to be bothered with. Your SSD is permanently bottlenecked by the need to communicate data to your motherboard's RAM and I don't know the details of what it's doing in your PC's case.Ways to make it better but unfortunately never fix the performance issues: 1) sorry for your loss.2) use this drive for backups that run automatically when you are off to your work or your girlfriend.3) get a used 1TB-2TB sata drive and use that as a replacement. Performance in games is the same so if 2.5" SATA fits in your PC that would be the cheap option that doesn't suck.4) good luck go find a girlfriend save yourself god bless
>>1558954Thanks for the wall of text, but that's not an option for me. Also, forgot to mention that the ssd is a bit older than 1 year and for the first maybe 9 months it did not had this problem.
