This image was saved on my computer 26th of September back in 2025, I believe the UI is paint tool SAI, this is a VTuber Character WIP if I'm not mistaken. I have tried duplichecking the image on everything, the file name is the same as when originally downloaded. She/He posted some other design WIP on their twitter with this same exact screenshot placement. One of them being Kruavt. If you need any more information, I will do my best to provide it.
