Hi. Can anyone with Topaz or Lightroom perform some enhancement/deblur/denoise on this photo I took? It is a bit low-quality because of the zoom and because my hands maybe weren't still. Thanks.

Extra credit: I like the color balance on this other photo I took, a bit better. Maybe the sun rose a bit between the pictures, or maybe the camera auto-adjusted differently. Would love if you could adjust the color balance in the OP pic to be more like this one. I hope this is not too hard.
