I remember as a kid watching a show where a group of guys hunted down aliens/monsters (i don't remember if they were either or), now I only remember one episode of this show where the guys have to defeat a alien creature that is able to create clones, but it was also able to eat people. Unfortunately this is the only stuff I remember of this show, I think it was a kid show (maybe on the Hub channel?) but it would be nice if someone could tell me the origin and name of what traumatized me as a kid

But maybe the alien was a cocoon of some kind? But I remember it having tubes and the guy with glasses was stuck inside one. I don't really remember all the details, but the dude with glasses was some sort of scientist and I think he is part a hunter group and someone eventually saved him.

I think it's "The Troop" (Nickelodeon 2009-2013). Live action show about high schoolers hunting monsters.Exact episode is S1E16 "I, Monster."
