Hello. Can anyone recommend me games with character clothing customization where I can dress my character with a specific piece of clothing, sleeveless turtlenecks. They seem to be relativelly rare despite their simplicity, they are missing in games like Sims 4 (without mods) and Pokemon main line since XY (pic uses that game as example).I don't care about graphics, gameplay, or price, just give examples and I decide if its worth my time or not.I would also appreciate if they are not backless outfits, full body leotards or random windows. I personally dislike those.Also no mods, and if its DLC, mention it.
Not a game but HeroForge has a couple of those, and if what you want is to play dress-up and design characters, its a pretty entertaining tool to mess around with, picrel as example
