I've been trying to make a few new google accounts but every time I try it says it need a phone number or a verification from a QR code. I tried using my previous method of getting past it, the incognito method, using an old device, and a few other things I found. Nothing worked.

>>1561104>>1561518sorry anoni've never had to set up a phone number for my old account, but it kept pushing me toworst case scenario, you can get a cheap pre-paid phone number, then hopefully add a recovery email & ditch the phonebut hopefully someone can tell you how to create an account with no phone number
>>1561520>sorry anonIt's fine>i've never had to set up a phone number for my old account, but it kept pushing me toI hope you never did and aren't going to cough uo your ID>worst case scenario, you can get a cheap pre-paid phone number, then hopefully add a recovery email & ditch the phonebut hopefully someone can tell you how to create an account with no phone numberI don't have any money but thanks for the reply anyway
>>1561104the only way to create a gmail without a linked phone number is to create it ON a smartphone, or possibly a device capable of taking a sim card (like a tablet), though you don't need a sim to create it. if i were you i would look for a cheap "old" phone locally, shouldn't be hard because people consoom the new model yearly, at least where i live.
>>1561556also even if you wont use the phone it's worth keeping since logging in on another device might trigger security bullshit, which you will be able to pass using a code on the phone only.
>>1561556>>1561557I kinda already tried it. i have access to two phones, an Iphone SE (2016) and Iphone 5S, a lot of google apps still work on if you downloaded them. Neither have working phone numbers, but the SE has a simcard. Using both the app and the browsers I was stopped by a QR code.
>>1561635my mistake, i should have mentioned it was for android devices. i think because you're required to use a google account to download from the play store their system doesnt "flag" them, otherwise people without a number wouldn't be able to create an account and in turn use their device (not really but you understand). ive used a samsung tablet from 2017, and phone from 2022 to create accounts that i still use today, so maybe try and find a tablet for cheap.
>>1561685Hm, I have some old Kindles laying around. I'll try them.
>>1561726Amazon devices don't have GApps. You need something allows you to access Google Play.
>>1561731Oh. I don't have anything like that.
