My Keychron K2 HE keyboard does not turn on. Pressing Fn + Q does not make the bluetooth light turn on and the keyboard is not recognized when I use it wired or through the 2.4G receiver. Thus I can not use Fn + J + Z or anything that uses the keys. In addition when I use it wired the side light will turn red, and it will eventually turn to green, but if I unplug the cable and immediately plug it again the light will turn red again. At this point my keyboard is completely unusable. How do I fix this issue?
