Looking for recommendations on anime to watch.

>What kind of genres do you like or what series have you watched and enjoy-
Don't bother with any of that. Leave that to me to figure out. I need your help finding stuff that is even eligible for me to watch before I look at whether I might like it or not. I've got three hard rules that would immediately disqualify an anime if broken.

1. The series is finished. I am so sick of getting invested into series only to find out that they are not done and often will never be done because they're an adaptation of some preexisting work in another medium that is still ongoing. This can be met three different ways:
The anime is a fully original series that finishes its whole story and concludes properly (such as Cowboy Bebop)
The anime is an adaptation of something else that has already competed and the anime fully adapts everything from the source material (such as Yu Yu Hakusho)
The anime is an adaptation of something else that was still ongoing but they made their own story and reached a satisfying conclusion to all story elements (such as Trigun)

2. Absolutely no "reincarnated in another world" trash. I could consider "transported to another world" if it's treated with sincerity and verisimilitude unlike the all the modern slop that's been flooding the market for a decade.

3. Absolutely no video game mechanic nonsense. No stats, no levels, no classes, no cheat skills, I can't stand that stuff and I can't believe even going back to something from the 90s that looked like ordinary fantasy still had multiple references to "level" and "class" in the first 7 minutes.

4. No chromatic aberration filter.

If you know series that meet all of these, I'd be happy to hear them.

Did you watch all the good movies?

Movies don't really work for me, I need stuff broken into smaller chunks, and pausing movies to come back to later doesn't work great.

Amazing that you got no suggestions on an anime site.
Code geass is an original thing. Pretty good. There are sequel movies but they’re alternate continuity and I have watched them yet.

Jojo anime should count. The manga is ongoing but each part has a definite ending and usually follows different characters
