Looking for a dubstep/electronic song I heard on Spotify in 2014 with the title "Sister". Don't remember the artist name, but the song goes like this with a females auto tuned vocals looped saying:

only thing i can think of that says Sister.

was it used as some tiktok or youtube shorts song? your best bet would be to go to myanimelist and check the releases and find the show.
